Steps
1. In a bowl, marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until browned but not fully cooked.
4. Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots to the skillet, continuing to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp and the beef is cooked through.
5. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
