Steps
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form the filling.
2. Take a momo wrapper and place a small spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center.
3. Wet the edges of the wrapper with a little water, fold it over to create a half-moon shape, and pinch the edges to seal. You can also pleat the edges for a traditional look.
4. Steam the momos in a steamer for about 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
5. While the momos are steaming, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and chopped green chili in a small bowl. Add coriander leaves for freshness.
6. Serve the hot momos with the spicy dipping sauce on the side.
