Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
4. In the last minute of cooking, add the minced garlic and jam to the skillet, stirring to coat the chicken evenly.
5. Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.
6. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
