Steps
1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
3. In a small bowl, mix the jam, minced garlic, and lemon juice to create the glaze.
4. Place the chicken breast in the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on one side.
5. Flip the chicken and spoon half of the jam glaze onto it.
6. Cook for another 5-6 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze caramelizes slightly.
7. Remove from heat, let rest for 2 minutes, then brush with remaining glaze before serving.
