Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 2. In a bowl, mix the jelly, soy sauce, and minced garlic. 3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 4. Sear the chicken breast for 4-5 minutes on each side. 5. Pour the jelly mixture over the chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes, basting the chicken with the glaze. 6. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
