Steps
1. Season the beef steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. In a hot pan, melt 1 tbsp of butter and sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
3. Add minced garlic and the remaining butter to the pan, baste the steak with the garlic butter for an additional minute.
4. Remove the steak from the pan, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
