
Steps
- Season the beef steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a hot pan, melt 1 tbsp of butter and sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Add minced garlic and the remaining butter to the pan, baste the steak with the garlic butter for an additional minute.
- Remove the steak from the pan, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
