Steps
1. In a blender, puree the ripe mango until smooth.
2. In a bowl, combine mango puree, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Marinate the chicken breast in the mango mixture for at least 30 minutes.
4. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat.
5. Cook the chicken breast until golden brown and cooked through, basting with the mango glaze.
6. Serve hot with additional mango glaze on top.
