Steps
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion, garlic, and red bell pepper until softened.
3. Remove pan from heat and stir in breadcrumbs, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
4. Clean the squid and stuff it with the prepared mixture.
5. Secure the openings with toothpicks.
6. Brush squid with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
7. Grill squid for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
