Steps
1. In a saucepan, heat ghee or oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric, salt, and chili powder. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
4. Pour in the milk and bring it to a gentle simmer.
5. Add the oatmeal to the saucepan, stirring well. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the oatmeal is cooked to your desired consistency.
6. Adjust seasoning if necessary, and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
