Steps
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in the milk and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine and coat in the sauce.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
