Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Slice the top off the bread roll and hollow out the inside, leaving a thick shell.
3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mozzarella, herbs, diced bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Fill the hollowed bread roll with the cheese mixture, pressing it down gently.
5. Drizzle olive oil over the top and place the lid back on.
6. Wrap the stuffed bread in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
7. Remove from the oven, unwrap, and serve warm.
