Steps
1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into cubes.
2. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the tofu cubes and cook until lightly browned.
4. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
5. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
6. Pour the sauce over the tofu and mushrooms, stirring well to coat.
7. Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.
8. Serve hot over cooked rice.
