Steps
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season the tuna steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Once the oil is hot, add the tuna steak and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if desired.
4. In a small bowl, mix the butter, minced garlic, parsley, and lemon juice until well combined.
5. Remove the tuna from the skillet and let it rest for a minute.
6. Add the garlic herb butter to the skillet and allow it to melt, scraping up any bits from the bottom.
7. Pour the melted butter over the tuna steak and serve with lemon wedges.
