Steps
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.
4. In the same grill or skillet, add the sliced vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and sauté for 5-6 minutes until tender.
5. Serve the sliced chicken over cooked rice with the sautéed vegetables on the side.
