
Steps
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.
- In the same grill or skillet, add the sliced vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and sauté for 5-6 minutes until tender.
- Serve the sliced chicken over cooked rice with the sautéed vegetables on the side.
