Seafood Fritters

Crispy and delicious seafood fritters are a great way to enjoy seafood. Perfect for lunch or dinner!

Steps

1. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and parmesan cheese. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and add the sour cream. Slowly add this mixture to the dry ingredients and mix it until a thick batter has formed. 3. Fold in the seafood. 4. Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat. 5. Scoop about ¼ cup of the batter for each fritter, and fry them for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. 6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
