Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 220C (428F). 2. Place the salmon on a greased baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 4. Add the asparagus and garlic and cook until the asparagus is crisp-tender (3-5 minutes). 5. Transfer the asparagus to the baking sheet with the salmon and cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes until the salmon is cooked through. 6. Serve with the pan-roasted asparagus and garlic!
