A simple and fresh cucumber salad to enjoy a light summer meal.

1. Wash and dice cucumber and place in a bowl. 2. Add lemon juice, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix all ingredients. 3. Refrigerate for 20min before serving. Serve chilled.
