Steps
1. Place olive oil, garlic, and parsley in a sauté pan and set over medium high heat
2. Stir the mixture until the garlic is fragrant, about 2 minutes
3. Add mussels to the sauté pan, season with salt and pepper to taste
4. Cook for about 4 minutes, stirring the mussels occasionally
5. When the mussels are just cooked through, they should open easily
