A light and healthy main dish composed by lettuce and some additional vegetables.
1. Start by chopping the lettuce, sun-dried tomatoes and cucumber. 2. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and pour the olive oil and lemon juice. 3. Mix everything and adjust the salt and pepper to taste. 4. Serve and enjoy!
