Turkey and Mushroom Stir-Fry

A tasty and quick stir-fry dish with turkey and mushrooms

Steps

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over a high heat. Add turkey cubes and fry for 4-5 minutes until browned. Add mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes until cooked. Mix in soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and ginger, stirring for 1 minute. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
