Steps
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, orange juice, grated ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the tuna steak in a shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over it. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Remove the tuna from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
5. Sear the tuna steak for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
6. Remove the tuna from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
7. Meanwhile, heat the remaining marinade in a small saucepan and bring it to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
8. Serve the seared tuna with the citrus glaze drizzled on top, accompanied by steamed vegetables.
