Shahi Tukda with Milk and Fresh Cream

Steps

1. Heat the milk in a pan and add sugar, saffron strands, cardamom powder, and rose water. Simmer on low heat until slightly thickened, then remove from heat. 2. Cut the bread slices diagonally into triangles and remove the crusts. 3. Heat ghee in a frying pan and shallow fry the bread slices until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels. 4. Dip the fried bread slices briefly in the warm saffron milk, allowing them to soak but not become soggy. 5. Arrange the soaked bread slices on a serving plate. 6. Spoon fresh cream generously over the bread slices. 7. Garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds. 8. Serve immediately or chilled for a royal dessert experience.
