Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Add the squid rings and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the marinated squid rings and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the squid turns opaque.
4. Toss in the sliced bell peppers and onion, stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
