Soy Glazed Chicken with Rice

Steps

1. Cook the rice according to package instructions. 2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 4. Add the chicken breast and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. 5. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce with a splash of water. 6. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the cooked chicken in the pan. 7. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the chicken. 8. Serve the glazed chicken over the cooked rice.
