Steps
1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
2. In a pan over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Stir in the bell peppers and broccoli, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring well to coat the chicken and vegetables.
6. Serve hot over cooked rice.
