Spaghetti with Spinach, Bacon and eggs

A delicious and healthy main dish, perfect for a quick and tasty dinner

Steps

1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. 2. In a small pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and add the bacon. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring regularly. 3. Add the spinach leaves, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cook for another 1-2 minutes. 4. Reduce the heat and add the egg into the center of the pan. Cook for 30-45 seconds, lightly mix everything and remove from heat. 5. Add the bacon, spinach and egg mixture to the cooked spaghetti and mix gently.

- Dry spaghetti: 50 gr - Chopped smoked bacon: 25 gr - Baby spinach leaves: 20 gr - Egg: 1 - Olive oil: 1 tablespoon - Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
