Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. On a baking sheet, spread veggies.
3. Drizzle olive oil, Italian dressing, and garlic on veggies, then toss with a pinch of salt.
4. Place Salmon filet in the center of the veggies.
5. Roast in oven for 25-30 minutes, until salmon is just cooked through.
6. Serve hot with a side of your favorite salad!
