
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- On a baking sheet, spread veggies.
- Drizzle olive oil, Italian dressing, and garlic on veggies, then toss with a pinch of salt.
- Place Salmon filet in the center of the veggies.
- Roast in oven for 25-30 minutes, until salmon is just cooked through.
- Serve hot with a side of your favorite salad!
