Steps
1. Mash up the blackberries in a bowl, then add the sugar and set aside.
2. Sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water in a small bowl. Let it stand for 3-5 minutes.
3. Heat the honey until it melts, then stir it into the gelatin mixture.
4. Stir in the mashed blackberries, yogurt, ginger and cinnamon until everything is blended together.
5. Divide the blackberry mixture into individual dessert dishes and chill for at least 3 hours.
6. Serve with some fresh mint sprigs and enjoy!
