1. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add diced onions, bell peppers and mushrooms. Cook until soft. 2. Crumble in the tofu and add cumin powder, salt and pepper. 3. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. 4. Add hot sauce to taste.
