Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix chopped nuts, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Brush the chicken breast lightly with olive oil.
4. Press the nut mixture firmly onto one side of the chicken breast to create a crust.
5. Heat a non-stick ovenproof skillet over medium heat and place the chicken crust-side down. Cook for 3 minutes until nuts are toasted.
6. Flip the chicken and cook for another 2 minutes.
7. Mix honey and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
8. Brush the honey-mustard glaze over the cooked side of the chicken.
9. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
10. Remove from oven, rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
