Indonesian Spiced Chicken Satay

Steps

1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, turmeric, coriander powder, minced garlic, palm sugar, and vegetable oil. 2. Add chicken strips to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Thread the marinated chicken onto soaked bamboo skewers. 4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. 5. Grill the chicken skewers for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and slightly charred. 6. Meanwhile, prepare the peanut sauce by mixing peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, chili sauce, brown sugar, and a little water until smooth and creamy. 7. Serve the grilled chicken satay hot with the peanut sauce on the side for dipping.
