Spicy Garlic Pork Stir-Fry

Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, chili paste, and cornstarch. Set aside. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. 3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant. 4. Add pork slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. 5. Add sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes. 6. Pour the sauce mixture over the pork and vegetables, stirring well to coat everything evenly. 7. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens. 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 9. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
