Steps
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sliced chili, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
4. Increase the heat to high and add the squid, stirring quickly for about 2-3 minutes until they turn opaque.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing everything together for another minute.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh coriander.
