Steps
1. Spread the southwest chipotle sauce evenly on one side of each bread slice.
2. Layer the cheese slices on one slice of bread.
3. Evenly distribute the sliced olives and jalapeños on top of the cheese.
4. Add lettuce leaves if using and season lightly with salt and pepper.
5. Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread, sauce side down.
6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
7. Place the sandwich in the skillet and grill until the bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
8. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
