Steps
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
3. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.
4. Layer the chicken slices on the bread, followed by the cheese.
5. Add cucumber slices, then season with salt and pepper.
6. Spread mayonnaise on the second slice of bread and place it on top, mayonnaise-side down.
7. Grill the sandwich for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
8. Carefully flip the sandwich and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
9. Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
