Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. 3. Add the broccoli florets and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until slightly tender. 4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper until well combined. 5. Pour the eggs over the sautéed vegetables in the skillet, stirring gently to combine. 6. Cook on the stovetop for 2-3 minutes until the edges begin to set. 7.
