Steps

1. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Once the butter has melted, add the bread slices to the skillet. 3. Assembling the sandwich: Place the cheese slices on one piece of bread, then evenly sprinkle the minced garlic, ginger and green onions over the cheese. Drizzle sesame oil over the filling. Place the other piece of bread on top. 4. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes. 5. Cut the sandwich in half and serve. Enjoy!
