Steps
1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
3. Add sliced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
4. Stir in red bell pepper slices and pineapple chunks, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and chili flakes.
6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and pineapple mixture, stirring well to coat everything evenly.
7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
8. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
9. Serve hot, ideally with steamed rice or noodles.
