Spicy Salmon with Mango Salsa

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2. Place the salmon fillet onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. 4. Brush the salmon with the oil and spice mixture. 5. Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes or until it is cooked through. 6. While the salmon is baking, prepare the mango salsa. Simply mix together the diced mango and red onion. 7. Serve the salmon with the mango salsa on top.
