
Steps
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced onion and carrots and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the red bell pepper and frozen peas and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Push the vegetables to the side of the pan and crack the egg into the center. Scramble the egg and mix it with the vegetables.
- Add the cooked rice and season with salt, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.
- Serve hot.
