Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, salmon, lobster, krab, and pollock.
In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, homemade mayonnaise, light white cheese, lime juice, lemon juice, mint honey, and maple syrup to create the dressing.
Add corn, celery, onion, dill, grated carrot, and Caribbean pepper to the seafood mixture, mixing well.
Pour the dressing over the seafood and vegetable mixture, stirring to combine thoroughly.
Gently fold in the fruits: grapes, pineapple, mango, cranberries, apple, pear, and tangerine.
Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top before serving. Enjoy chilled!
