Spicy Tomato Chicken Stir-Fry

Steps

1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. 2. Add onion, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent and peppers are slightly tender. 3. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the chicken breast. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through. 4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, hot sauce, and diced tomatoes. Pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables. 5. Stir everything together and let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 7. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
