Steps
1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
2. Prepare lasagna noodles as per the instructions on the packaging.
3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sautee the garlic until softened and fragrant.
4. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until wilted.
5. In a large bowl combine the ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked spinach and mix until everything is well incorporated.
6. Place a layer of lasagna noodles in the bottom of a baking dish.
7. Spread one third of the spinach mixture evenly on top of the noodles.
8. Top with another layer of noodles then spread another layer of the spinach mixture.
9. Repeat the layering process until you finish with a final layer of noodles.
10. Bake for 25 minutes at 175 degrees.
11. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
