
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the diced apple and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Stir in the sliced strawberries and cook for another 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the apples and strawberries in the skillet, making sure the fruit is evenly distributed.
- Cook on the stovetop for about 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the frittata is set and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve warm.
