Strawberry Balsamic Glazed Chicken

Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. 4. Sear the chicken breast on both sides until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. 5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. 6. In the same skillet, add the sliced strawberries, balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the strawberries have softened and released their juices. 7. Return the chicken breast to the skillet and spoon the strawberry glaze over it. 8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze has thickened. 9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. 10. Serve the strawberry balsamic glazed chicken with your choice of side dishes and enjoy!
