Steps
1. In a bowl, combine the brewed tea, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the chicken breast in a resealable bag and pour the tea marinade over it.
3. Seal the bag and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
6. Grill the chicken breast for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
7. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
