Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Peel and grate the apple and carrot.
3. Tear the bread into small pieces.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
5. Add the grated apple, grated carrot, and torn bread to the egg mixture. Stir well to combine.
6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the pudding is set and golden brown on top.
8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
