Sugar-Free Avocado Egg Salad

A creamy, low-carb egg salad made with ripe avocado and fresh herbs. This simple recipe uses just five ingredients and contains no added sugar, perfect for a quick and healthy meal.

Steps

1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in boiling water for 9-10 minutes. 2. Peel the eggs and chop them roughly. 3. In a bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice until smooth. 4. Add chopped eggs and mayonnaise to the mashed avocado and mix well. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes for a cooler salad.
