Steps
In a bowl, mix rice flour, grated coconut, jaggery, cardamom powder, and salt.
Gradually add water to form a smooth batter.
Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
Pour a ladleful of the batter into the pan, spreading it into a round shape.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve warm, drizzled with a little extra ghee if desired.
