
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breast with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
- While the chicken is resting, mix the chopped pickles with mayonnaise in a small bowl.
- Slice the cooked chicken into strips.
- On the tortilla, layer the lettuce, sliced chicken, pickle-mayo mixture, and cheese if using.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap, then cut in half and serve.
